(Youth Enterprise With Innovation in Nigeria) 1st batch in 2012; an idea and business plan competition of the federal Government and has since helped many.

He is the Executive Director of “ Teens Resource and Enhancement Centre International” (TREC INT’L) a non- governmental organization that provides leadership direction, mentorship, value-based educational training and promote community development practices for Teenagers and Youths in Africa. Trec Int’l champions the course of leadership development, values, good governance and youth involvement in national development.
He specializes in local, national and international training for junior, middle level and senior management staff of both private and government sctors. He is an authority in Leadership, idea processing & business plan development, team building training, strategic planing, marketing communications and Human Resources development, etc.
He is a conference speaker and a regular voice in many print media, radio and television platforms across Nigeria and African Nations . He is the host of “Yes You Can” media programme. A daily life-changing motivational talk, widely listened to by over 100 thousand listeners weekly across the nation. His initiatives have produced outstanding results, many leading to the establishment of Youth Organizations, radio programmes,different community Change platform, National transformation conferences among others.
